Pllana Pinot Grigio 2022 is a vibrant and richly textured expression of natural winemaking, crafted using 100% wild fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The grapes were fermented slowly and left on yeast lees for three months, with regular stirring to build depth, creaminess, and character.

In the glass, it shows a pale straw hue and a lifted aromatic bouquet of baked apple, cinnamon, and poached pear with subtle tropical hints of lychee. The medium-bodied palate delivers layered flavours of quince, ripe pear, and honeydew melon, with a soft, rounded texture balanced by a lively freshness.
